Christmas Hit-And-Run Injures LI Man, 6 Wanted By Police: PD
A man was sitting in his car when a vehicle containing 6 people crashed into him and fled the scene on Christmas, Suffolk police say.

LINDENHURST, NY — A Long Island man was injured and hospitalized by a hit and run on Christmas Day, Suffolk County police told Patch.
According to police, the man was sitting in his 2022 Lexus on 45th Street in Lindenhurst when a sedan crashed into him on Dec. 25 around 3 p.m.
Police said the vehicle fled eastbound on 45th Street and stopped at the corner of Wellwood Avenue where its six occupants fled on foot.

The victim was taken to Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip for treatment of minor injuries, police said.
First Precinct Crime Section officers are investigating and searching for the people who fled the scene.
